Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the rug for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
